Ministry Team Building

I assist ministry teams in applying the knowledge of the Enneagram in order to become more effective, more cooperative, and more energized in their mission to proclaim Christ and disciple others.  Having been a part of several ministry teams, I understand the complexities of working together on a shared vision, yet valuing each person and their gifts. My workshop on the Enneagram can be presented in several time frames depending on the needs and schedule of the group.  For example, it can be spread over a two-week period or condensed into a weekend retreat.
   
Experience Christ

The following is an example of a two-week workshop:

  • 1-hour introductory session with pastor
  • 3-hour introductory session with entire staff or governing board    
  • 50-minute one-on-one sessions with each participant within two weeks to examine Enneagram style, self-discoveries and how they affect personal and spiritual life, job performance, and relationships
  • 2-hour follow-up session with staff or governing board to share and create action steps
  • 1-hour session with pastor for feedback and determination of follow-up plans
  • Possible on-going personal coaching relationship with individuals, if desired
