Spiritual Wisdom: I have focused my life on following Jesus for forty years. This journey with Him has not been a smooth path, but one with twists and turns, ups and downs. Yet, He has been faithful to teach me, guide me, and empower me. The most life-changing ‘Holy Aha’ in my life was when I understood that “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God.” (Galatians 2:20). This is the groundwork for my understanding of the Christian faith and is the foundation of my work as a Life Coach. I desire for others to experience the freedom offered by Christ, and I trust that His good purposes and His inner presence in believers will lead them to the right answers and direction for their lives. It is a sacred honor to accompany others on this journey.
Life Coaching: I was trained and certified through The Coach Training Alliance in 2004. I am a member of The International Coaching Federation and participate in the Puget Sound Coaches Association. I intend to achieve Associate Certified Coaching status this year through the ICF.
The Enneagram: I was introduced to the Enneagram 20 years ago and it has been the impetus for ‘Holy Ahas’ that have led to breakthroughs in my relationship with God, my marriage, my personal health, my relationships, and my sense of self. I have witnessed the similar transformations in the lives of others.
I have studied the Enneagram with interest and passion, reading almost every book available on the subject. I have completed the Enneagram Training and Certification Program taught by Jerome Wagner. I have participated in the Enneagram Intensive directed by David Daniels through Enneagram Worldwide. I am currently training for Deep Coaching Certification through the Lifewise Enneagram Institute founded by Dr. Roxanne Howe-Murphy. I bring a broad spectrum of knowledge and understanding of the many facets of this amazing and transformative tool.
I love my life! I live in Seattle with Jeff, my husband of 37 years. We have four grown children who have a zest for life and hearts to serve. We have three grandchildren who exude pure delight! I love a hot cup of Chai, an honest conversation, sewing, step aerobics, a good meal with dear friends, board games, and applying Biblical truths in practical ways.
