Individual or Couples’ Coaching
You are worth the commitment of time and money involved in Life Coaching! We start with an initial intake session to determine your desired outcomes and to discuss the process of preparation for each session. The beautiful thing about coaching is that you get to determine the agenda for each 55-minute session, based on your current needs and desires. You will end each session with new insights and action steps to assist in your journey of self-discovery and movement forward. A three-month minimum commitment is encouraged for the greatest benefits. I am confident that through a Christ-centered coaching relationship, you will experience a “Holy Aha” what will lead you to greater freedom and joy. Enneagram Workshop for Couples
This engaging workshop is designed for couples wishing to gain a deeper understanding and connection with each other. It is fun to watch the ‘lights go on” as couples begin to discover that they view life through differing lenses and that their particular Enneagram style both enhances and creates challenges in their relationship.
During this “Now I Get You!” workshop, participants:
- Learn about the nine personality styles that make up the Enneagram and how they interface with one another.
- Gain a fresh understanding of what it means to “put off the old self” and “put on the new self in Christ.”
- Discover new insights about themselves, their spouses, and their relationship that may unlock the mystery of repeating patterns in their life and marriage.
- Receive a notebook with practical advice on how to live together with greater understanding, acceptance, and appreciation. You’ll love each other even more!
The “Now I Get You!” workshop can be presented in the comfort of your home with a group of friends (5 couples minimum) or on a larger scale at your church or workplace. Several couples have hosted a fun date-night event with dinner, drinks, and an enlightening discussion with their closest friends.

Get away for four hours or a whole weekend to discover more about God, yourself, each other, and how your Enneagram style affects the many areas of your life, including your relationships. This is perfect for Bible study groups, couples’ groups, family members, management teams, or ministry staffs. I can also present a two-hour workshop as an optional seminar at a church or leadership retreat. Contact me to create a workshop that fits the specific needs of your group and setting.
I assist ministry teams in applying the knowledge of the Enneagram in order to become more effective, more cooperative, and more energized in their mission to proclaim Christ and disciple others. Having been a part of several ministry teams, I understand the complexities of working together on a shared vision, yet valuing each person and their gifts. My workshop on the Enneagram can be presented in several time frames depending on the needs and schedule of the group. For example, it can be spread over a two-week period or condensed into a weekend retreat.
The following is an example of a two-week workshop:
- 1-hour introductory session with pastor
- 3-hour introductory session with entire staff or governing board
- 50-minute one-on-one sessions with each participant within two weeks to examine Enneagram style, self-discoveries and how they affect personal and spiritual life, job performance, and relationships
- 2-hour follow-up session with staff or governing board to share and create action steps
- 1-hour session with pastor for feedback and determination of follow-up plans
- Possible on-going personal coaching relationship with individuals, if desired
